That award was one of the largest jury awards in state history, at the time!

My qualifications, include not only a Law degree, but a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, as well. I am one of a small group of lawyers in MA, that is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist. That means that I have extensive trial experience, and have been tested and recommended by judges and my opponents! I am also a Fellow in the American College of Legal Medicine. I am Chairman of the Medical Negligence Committee for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and was co-chair of the MBA Health Law Council. I am on the faculty at Harvard Dental School. I have lectured extensively throughout the country. I have been designated a Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Medical Malpractice since 2005!
